Headed to Las Vegas for a whirlwind work trip. I will be lucky if I get more than an hour of down time. I have been here a few times for work but I have never done a whole Vegas weekend thing, even though it's so close to Los Angeles. I probably should have done it before becoming a Mom. I do get excited about the restaurants here because I feel like just about every amazing chef has a restaurant in town. Probably won't have time for that either to be honest but someday my husband and I are going to go and eat at Joel Robuchon just because it sounds like everyone ought to at some point.
This time I am staying at the Cosmopolitan - a newish, hip casino/hotel. Doubt I will be going here but their bar with this incredible chandelier looks pretty impressive!! Have a great weekend.
